摘　　要：通过对减速顶壳体螺栓折断故障进行调查统计,从理论和实际两个方面,详细分析了壳体螺栓折断故障发生的原因及教训,并结合减速顶的结构特点和运行工况,阐述了防范壳体螺栓折断故障的方法和措施,提出了改进下一步工作的意见和建议。With the investigation of the housing bolt breakdown of the retarder, analyzing why the housing bolts are broken easily in theory and reality, setting forth the measures of avoiding the housing bolt breakdown, through the retarder characters and operation conditions, putting forward suggestions of improving the future work.
