摘　　要：介绍了本系即将开课的"材料概论"双语教学面临的问题和对策,讨论了双语教学和外语教学的异同点、"材料概论"双语教学中教材的选择、教学模式的选择、时间的选择、教学方法的选择等问题,最后对双语教学的未来进行了展望。This paper focuses on the problems facing the bilingual teaching of Introduction to Materials to be offered by Department of Environmental ＆ Chemical Engineering Tangshan College, discusses the similarities and differences between bilingual teaching and foreign language teaching and such problems as how to choose the teaching materials, teaching mode, time and teaching method and, finally, offers some suggestions on how to improve the quality of bilingual teaching in higher institutions and a prospect into the future of bilingual teaching.
