摘 要:为了研究硬质沥青混合料的低温性能,通过室内试验测试了30#硬质沥青的性能指标,对30#硬质沥青混合料SAC—13进行了配合比设计,分析了其力学性能,重点比较了硬质沥青SAC—13与SBS改性沥青SAC—13的低温性能,并考察了水泥对两种混合料低温性能的影响。结果表明:30#硬质沥青具有较高的软化点和粘度;30#硬质沥青混合料具有优良的抗高温变形能力和良好的低温性能;硬质沥青延度与硬质沥青混合料低温性能无直接相关性;30#硬质沥青混合料SAC—13用于非冬严寒区沥青路面表面层是可行的。In order to study the low temperature performance of high-grade asphalt mixture, by in- door test,the performance indexes of 30#high-grade asphalt were tested. The mix design of SAC-13 mixture using 30^# high-grade asphalt was done and its mechanical properties were analyzed. The low temperature performance of SAC-13 using high-grade asphalt and SBS modified asphalt was mainly compared and the effect of cement on low temperature performance of the two kinds of mixture was inspected. The results indicate 30^# high-grade asphalt mixture has good performance of rutting resistance and low temperature. The ductility of high-grade asphalt has no directly relevance with the low temperature performance of high-grade asphalt mixture. It is feasible to apply SAC-13 mixture using 30^# high-grade asphalt to the surface layer of asphalt pavement in non-winter cold zone.
