摘 要:考察了茴香醛、茴香酸及其混合物的紫外光谱吸收特性,建立了一种能同时测定茴香醛和茴香酸含量的紫外分光光度法。结果表明,茴香醛和茴香酸在260nm有等吸收点,利用紫外等吸收点特性简化混合物各组分质量浓度的计算方程,得出了线性方程:P(茴香醛)=(A2-2-0.0064)/0.0775,ρ(茴香酸)=(A260-A292)/0.0775。茴香醛和茴香酸的回收率分别在97.42%~100.09%和99.89%~101.90%,相对标准偏差均小于2.0%。UV absorption characteristics of anisaldehyde and anisic acid were investigated. Based upon the investigation, a quick quantitative analysis method for the determination of the content of anisaldehyde and anisic acid was established. Experimental results showed that both anisaldehyde and anisic acid have an iso- absorptive point in their UV spectra. Using the characteristic of the iso - absorptive point, linear equations tor calculating the mass concentration of anisaldehyde and anisic acid were developed as p(anisaldehyde) = (A292 - 0. 006 4)/0. 077 5 and ρ ( anisic acid ) = (A260 - A292 )/0. 077 5. Recovery of anisaldehyde and anisic acid achieves 97.42% - 100. 09% and 99. 89% - 101.90% respectively. Relative standard deviation is less than 2.0%.
