摘 要:目的:研究蜂花粉对肉杂鸡抗氧化功能的影响。方法:272只1日龄肉杂鸡(科宝1 500♂×海赛克斯♀)随机分为4组,每组68只,公母各半。Ⅰ组为空白对照,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ组分别添加0.5%,1.0%,1.5%的蜂花粉。14,28,42 d时每组随机抽取8只心脏采血,分离血清,测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:添加不同剂量蜂花粉可显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)增加肉杂鸡血清中SOD,CAT,GSH-Px活性,降低MDA含量。结论:肉杂鸡日粮中添加蜂花粉在一定程度上具有清除体内自由基,减少脂质过氧化物产生,提高体内抗氧化酶活性的功效。Objective:To study the effects of bee pollen on anti-oxidation function in hybrid broilers. Methods:272 one-day-old hybrid broilers (COBB 1500 ♂ ×HISEX ♀) were randomly divided into 4 groups, there were 68 broilers (34 cocks and 34 hens) every group. Group Ⅰ was the contrast group; groups Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ were treatment groups, with 0.5 %, 1.0%, 1.5% bee pollen respectively. At 14, 28, 42days old, 8 broilers were randomly selected every group, blood serum -were collected to determinate the activity of SOD, CAT and GSH-Px, and the content of MDA. Results: Added bee pollen at different doses had significantly (P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ) increased the activity of SOD, CAT and GSH-Px, and decreased the content of MDA in serum of hybrid broilers. Conclusions: By adding bee pollen, free radical was scarenged effectively, the production of lipid over oxide was decreased, and the activity of anti-oxidase was improved.
