摘  要:目的:探讨激光穴位照射对新生鼠缺血缺氧性脑损伤的作用机制。方法:38只7d的Wistar大鼠,随机分为3组:假手术对照组、缺血缺氧组、缺血缺氧后激光穴位照射组,饲养20d后,取出左侧脑组织进行常规石蜡包埋、切片、尼氏体染色和BDNF免疫组织的染色。结果:激光穴位照射可明显改善缺血缺氧后脑神经元内尼氏体的脱失现象,增加缺血缺氧后脑神经元内和BDNF的表达。结论:激光穴位照射对缺血缺氧后脑组织具有神经保护作用,其作用机制推测与促进神经元对BDNF的表达有关。objective : The aim is to study the Effect of Laser Acu-point Irradiation on Nissl Body and BDNF Expression of Hypoxi- a-ischemic Neonant Rat Brain Neuron. Methods: 38 7-day-old Wistar rats were divided into 3 groups: sham group, hypoxia-ischemic group and laser acu-point irradiation group. After raised for 20 days, the left brain of the rats were taken and made into parafiqn sections, then Nissl body staining and BDNF immunohistochemistry staining were taken. Results: the decreasing of Nissl body in brain neuron could be improved by laser acu-point irradiation, also the expression of BDNF in hypoxia-ischemic brain neuron was increased. Conclusion: Laser Acu-point Irradiation can protect the hypoxia-ischemic brain neuron, which may be associated with the increasing of BDNF expression.
