摘　　要：目的:提高对肾嗜酸性细胞瘤的认识及诊疗水平。方法:回顾性分析2例患者临床资料,术前均诊断为肾脏肿瘤。结果:2例患者均行根治性肾切除术,术后病理证实为嗜酸性细胞瘤。结论:肾嗜酸性细胞瘤是一种发病率较低的疾病,易与肾癌相混淆,其诊断主要依赖于病理。Objective：To improve the screening accuracy of renal oncocytoma for management of this disease. Methods ： Two cases diagnosed as renal cancer preoperatively were reviewed. Results ： The two patients were both undergone radical nephrectomy, but confirmed post-operatively to be renal oncocytoma by pathology. Conclusion ： Renal oncocytoma is a rare disease and may present with a renal mass mimicking renal cancer and its diagnosis depends on pathological finding.
