摘　　要：随着高职教育的改革和发展,实训基地在技能型人才培养中的地位和作用日益凸显。文章结合湖南工业职业技术学院国家高职高专实训基地建设的实践,阐述了实训基地建设的指导思想、建设原则、功能定位、实训项目与设备配置,并就数控技术实训基地的培训与管理模式进行了一些探索性的思考。With the reform and development of the higher vocational education, the importance of practice base grows day by day. Based on the practice in Hunan Industry Polytechnic College, this paper suggests the guiding ideology of construction, building principle, allocation reality, the function positioning and equipment deployment in construing a practice base. The paper also shows some consideration on constructing a numerical control practice base.
