赛乐特治疗偏头痛的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价赛乐特(帕罗西汀片)治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法入选90例病人,随机分为治疗组50例,对照组40例,2组病人的一般情况及病情程度等具有可比性。对照组给予西比灵5mg,1次/d,疗程16周;治疗组在对照组基础上给予赛乐特片20mg,1次/d,疗程16周。16周后观察临床疗效。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论治疗偏头痛赛乐特效果满意,有应用价值。Objective To assess the curative effect of Seroxat （Paroxetine tablets） in the treatment of migraine. Methods In a randomized trial, 90 patients without contraindication were divided into treatment group（50 patients treated with Seroxat 20mg,qd, po and routine therapy） and control group（40 patients treated with Sibelium 5mg,qd , po）, there were comparabilities with general condition before treatment, degree of pathogenetic condition between two groups above. Results After treatment, control group had better curative effect（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Seroxat can provide a satisfactory treatment for the patient with migraine.
