摘 要:目的:探讨芍药黄芩乳膏的提取工艺。方法:以浸膏得率和芍药苷含量为考察指标,采用正交试验法,考察浸泡时间、加水量、提取次数、提取时间4个因素对提取工艺的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺为A_3B_3C_3D_2,即药材加水10倍量,浸泡时间为1.5h,提取3次。提取时间为1.5h。结论:正交试验优选的芍药黄芩乳膏的提取工艺快速、准确、简便。Objective: To optimize the extracting process for Paeonia scutellaria cremor. Method: The dry extraction rate and peoniflorin content were taken as the inspection indicators, orthogonal test was used to investigate the influence of four extracting factors (soak time of herbal, water volume, extracting time and times of extracting)on the extracting process. Results: The Optimum extracting process was A3B3C3D2, the water volume being 10 times of the weight of medicinal material, soaking for 1.5 hours, extraction for three times and 1.5 hours each time. Conclusion: Optimization of extracting process for Paeonia scutellaria cremor by orthogonal test is a simple,quick and accurate method.
