摘　　要：肿瘤热疗是近年来研究的热点。肿瘤热疗后宿主机体的免疫功能发生变化,宿主全身抗肿瘤免疫反应被激活。本文从基础研究和临床试验两个方面对热疗后机体免疫功能的改变及其杀伤肿瘤的机理作一综述。Hyperthermia are the hot spots in recent years. After hyperthermia treatment of the tumor, the immune fimction of host＇ body changes and the systemic anti-tumor immune response of host is activated. In this paper, we summarized the changes of immune fimction and the mechanism of anti-tumor after hyperthermia treatment from aspects of basic experiments and clinical trials.
