摘 要:针对"ω"型燃烧室的特定结构,建立了三维动态CFD模型。在假设进气量不受转速影响,相同进气前涡流的情况下,输入不同转速条件,也即不同的压缩空气状态,对整体喷油过程进行仿真计算,得到雾束形态的三维仿真结果。以雾滴分布充分作为判断标准,对近壁面区域燃油浓度和缸内速度场的分布情况对结果进行比较分析,找出"ω"型燃烧室雾束形态受压缩空气影响的规律。A 3D dynamic CFD model of the structure of " ω" combustion chamber was established. It is supposed that the mass of intake air is not affected by engine speed and the swirl is same before compression. After inputting several different cases of speed as well as different compression-air state, the whole injection process was calculated and 3 D simulation result of spray was acquired, the distributing state of fuel density near the wall and speed inside the cylinder was analyzed according to the standard of plenitude distributing of fuel. The spray of " ω" combustion chamber was effected by the compression-air and the rule was found out finally.
