急性脑卒中患者血清SOD MDA水平动态观察及其消长因素与病情变化预后关系探讨

摘　　要：目的：通过对45例急性脑卒中患者血清SOD、MDA的动态观察，试探讨它与急性脑卒中发病后的病理改变，病情变化及预后之间的关系。方法：正常对照组选用45岁以上健康体检成年人45例，急性脑卒中组：45例，所有健康对照组成人及病人（发病后72h内）晨间空腹采静脉血，其中30例患者于发病后两周后（d14～d17），再取血进行复查检测。MDA采用比色法，SOD采用黄嘌呤氧化法，各组对比数据经统计学处理，组间用t检验。结果：急性脑卒中患者急性期sOD明显低于正常组，而MDA明显高于正常组（P〈0．01），发病二用后组分二种情况：好转组18例，sOD明显上升，MDA明显下降均基本接近正常，统计学处理P〈0．05；恶化组12例显示SOD继续下降至最低值，MDA继续升高至最高值，有显著统计学意义（P〈0．001）。结论：血清SOD及MDA的动态观察，在一定程度上可作为评估急性脑卒中患者病情轻重和预后的一个重要参考指标。Objective： To study the level and dynamic observation on serum SOD,MDA of the patients with acute cerebral stroke（ACS） ＆ its ebb and flow factor as well as the relationship between the change in the patients condition and prognosis. Method： Contrast： select 45 cases of normal adults who were over 45 years old and 45 patients with acute cerebral disease flared up. They were both phlebotomized in the morning with limosis （ patients were sampled within 72 hours, in which 30 cases were reexamined in about two weeks, Xanthic oxygenation was applied to measure SOD and spectrophotometer to measure MDA. Result： the test showed SOD of ACS significantly reduced the content while MDA increased highly compared with normal （ P 〈0.01 ）. Then ACS group was divided into two tendency after two weeks： 18 recuperated patient＇ sSOD in- creased and MDA reduced gradually close to normal（ P 〉0.05） ; and 12 worsen patients show that SOD continued reducing to lowest and MDA increasing to highest（ P 〈0.001 ）. Result： The level and dynamic observation on serum SOD,MDA of the patients with acute cerebral stroke（ACS） can, to a certain degree, act as an important reference index to evaluate the condition and prognosis of ACS.
