摘 要:全球气候变暖导致北半球中高纬度海冰冰情变化、海平面上升以及台风和风暴潮等自然灾害强度和频率加大等事件的发生。在全球气候变暖的大背景下,我国渤海和北黄海的冰情持续偏轻,2006年中国海域平均海平面上升速度高于全球水平。从我国海岸和近海工程安全与未来规划和建设的角度论述了全球气候变化及其伴生事件可能带来的各种影响,并提出了相应的应对措施。The global climate warming has led to the change in Sea ice condition, rise in sea level and increasing intensity and frequency of typhoon and storm surge in the mid and high latitudes of the Northern Hemisphere. Against the background of global cli- mate warming, the ice conditions in the Bohai Sea and the northern Yellow Sea have been mitigated in recent years, and the average rate of rise in sea level in Chinese seas in 2006 was higher than that in the world oceans. In this paper, the possible impacts of global climate warming and its associated events on the Chinese coastal and offshore engineerings are expounded in terms of the safety, planning and construction of the Chi- nese coastal and offshore engineerings, and the relevant countermeasures for these impacts are also proposed.
