摘　　要：针对我国机械行业的特点及废旧机床的流向、使用现状,指出了由此引起的能源、资源消耗加剧、环境污染加重及安全隐患增多等问题,并在分析其原因的基础上提出了相应的策略和措施。In view of the characteristic of China machinery industry, and the flow of the waste machine tools as well as their using status quos, we point out the resulting problems, such as the accelerating consumption of energy and resources, the aggravation of environment pollution and the increasing hidden trouhle of safety. On the basis of analyzing their causes, we put forward some correspondent strategies and measures.
