摘  要:目的研究沙鼠脑缺血再灌注后前脑皮质内热休克蛋白27(HSP27)的表达变化并探讨其在脑缺血再灌注后脑组织中可能的作用。方法采用夹闭双侧颈总动脉的方法制作沙鼠前脑缺血再灌注模型,应用免疫组织化学法观察模型组、对照组沙鼠前脑皮质HSP27的表达变化。结果前脑皮质缺血再灌注后,HSP27在神经元和神经胶质细胞中都有表达;表达于再灌注后6h开始上调,3d达到高峰,到7d仍有较高表达。结论沙鼠脑缺血再灌注后前脑皮质HSP27表达上调。上调的HSP27在神经元、胶质细胞中都有表达。HSP27的上调可能是脑组织缺血后的一种自身保护性反应。Objective To investigate the expression of heat shock protein 27 (HSP27) and its possible role following cerebral ischerrda-reperfusion(IR) in gerbils anterior cortex. Methods A cerebral IR model in gerbils was established by clamping both common carotids. Expression of HSP27 was observed by immunohistochemistry. Results HSP27 was expressed both in neurons and gliacytes of gerbils frontal cortex following cerebral IR. Expression of HSP27 was significantly increased at 6h and came to the highest level at the 3rd day following IR. A Strong expression of HSP27 was revealed even at the 7th day following IR. Conclusion Expression of HSP27 was increased in netu'ons and gliacytes following cerebral IR of the frontal cortex,which may be a protective reaction to IR injury
