摘 要:研究了基于心力—心音关系的心脏储备无创监测系统。该系统由心音传感器、心音信号采集处理电路及计算机组成。文中对该系统的测试原理及特点、系统总体结构等部分作了详细介绍,提出了心脏储备指标。通过临床实验和人群调研表明,该系统能无创、快速、低成本和客观量化地对心血管病人和健康人的心脏储备指标进行检测和评估。这些指标可广泛用于医生临床诊断、运动员心脏功能监测、孕产妇心脏安全性评估以及一般人体质评估等,具有十分重要的意义。A monitoring system based on the relationship between cardiac contractility and heart sound was developed. It consists of a phonocardiogram sensor, a heart sound collecting and processing circuit, and a computer. This paper introduces the test principle of the system and the overall structure of the apparatus in detail. The cardiac reserve indices are proposed. Clinical tests and population survey suggest that the system is noninvasive, convenient, inexpensive and rapid in detecting and evaluating cardiac reserve indices for patients with heart disease and for healthy subjects. These indices can be widely used in clinical diagnosis, monitoring cardiac function of athletes, evaluating cardiac safety of pregnant and parturient women, as well as evaluating constitution for general healthy persons, which has great importance.
