摘  要:提出一种可对高黏度物料进行输送、混合及塑化作用的新型双螺杆挤出混炼机构——差速双螺杆挤出混炼机。利用双螺杆泵的设计思想及空间啮合原理建立差速双螺杆挤出混炼机的型线设计方法与数学模型。对差速双螺杆挤出混炼机组成齿型线设计参数进行分析,研究了中心距以及头数比变化对容积效率的影响,研究结果表明:当双螺杆转子组成齿型线的阴阳转子螺棱部分采用摆线时可以获得最佳输送及自清理效果。对剪切捏合性能进行研究,推导出剪切捏合性能最优的安装中心距的计算式。给出组合性能最优的阴阳转子螺旋副组成齿型线参数方程及设计实例。A novel extruder and mixing roll used for high viscosity material mixing and malaxating,differential twin screw extruder was presented. The working principles of the differential extruder were analyzed. The theory of profile curve design and mathematical model of the extruder were established by using gear meshing theory as well as design method of twin screw pump. The design parameters of the differential extruder were analyzed and the variable proportions of volumetric efficiency were studied when distance a and tooth number ratio Imf were selected. It can be concluded that: when the profile curves of female and male rotors are made up of cycloids, the best transportation and self-clearance result can be obtained. The equation of optimal distance a is deduced when the shivering and crumbing performance are considered. The equations of the profile curves of differential twin screw rotors as well as practical examples are put forward.
