摘  要:目的:研究纯钛(A组)及钛合金[Ti-6Al-4V(B组)含钛85~87%、6Al-7Nb(C组)含钛88~90%]与瓷Ti-粉(Noritake Ti22)的结合强度。方法:运用三点弯曲方法对钛及钛合金金-瓷的结合强度进行测试,并对金-瓷结合界面进行SEM-EDS观察分析。结果:A组结合强度为36.49±2.98MPa,B组结合强度为39.93±2.96MPa,C组结合强度为39.35±2.88MPa,统计学结果显示:组、C组结合强度均大于A组(p<0.05)。电镜显示各组瓷粉均与金属基底相互交B错.结合紧密.无明显气泡.也无明显中间层出现。结论:本组两种钛合金的金-瓷结合强度均大于1SO所要求的基本值25MPa,符合临床应用要求。Objective:To investigate the bonding strength of titanium and porcelain(group A)、titanium-alloy and porcelain(group B:Ti-6Al-4V,content of titanium is 85~87%; group C:Ti-6Al-7Nb,content of titanium is 88~90%).Then provide reference for clinical utilization.Method:Use three-point-bonding test to evaluate the bonding strength and analyze the bonding surface of alloy-porcelain by SEM-EDS. Result:The mean bonding strength of group A、group B and group C is 36.49±2.98 MPa,39.93±2.96 MPa and 39.25±2.88 MPa respectively. The mean bonding strength of both group B and group C are higher than group A(P〈0.05). SEM-EDS demonstrate that the bonding surface of each group is compacted. Conclusion:The bonding strength of group B and group C are also higher than 25 MPa,which is the minimum of the ISO standard. These two kinds of titanium-alloy could be fit for clinical requirement.
