摘  要:在普通中碳钢中,以硅、锰为主要合金元素,另外加入廉价的含钨、锰、铌、钽和钛等元素的钨渣铁合金,正火后获得了贝氏体组织,具有良好的强韧性和优异的耐磨性,用于制造破碎机颚板,使用寿命比高锰钢提高3倍以上,而生产成本相当。推广使用正火贝氏体铸钢颚板,具有良好的经济和社会效益。The main alloy elements silicon and manganese are added in the common medium carbon steel. Moreover, the cheap tungsten dreg ferrous alloy containing tungsten, manganese, niobium, tantalum and titanium etc. elements is also added. Above cast steel, which transforms into the bainite after normalization, has high strength and toughness and excellent wear resistance. The crushing jaw plate made of the above bainitic cast steel has three times longer servicing life than that of high manganese steel. The production cost of bainitic cast steel jaw plate is equivalent to that of the high manganese steel jaw plate. The extending application of normalizing bainitic cast steel jaw plate can obtain favorable economic and social benefits.
