摘  要:采用Gleeble1500D热模拟试验机对不同温度和变形速率下的AZ31镁合金的变形性能进行了研究,得到真应力-应变曲线。在此基础上,采用DEFORM3D软件,对不同挤压速度的成形过程进行了模拟,发现挤压速度为0.1~60mm/s时管材的表面质量良好,没有出现裂纹等缺陷,并通过工艺试验验证了模拟分析的正确性。The properties of AZ31 magnesium alloy under different temperature ranges and different forming rates were explored in the experiments using Gleeble1500D thermo-simulator, the curves of true stress and true strain were achieved. Based on this, using DEFORM3D software, the tube forming processes at different extrusion velocity were simulated. It is found that, at the extrusion velocity 0.1-60 mm/s, the surface quality of tube is good, there isn't crack. The correctness of simulation analysis was verified through the process experiment.
