摘 要:采用四种不同形状搅拌针的搅拌头进行搅拌摩擦焊试验,研究了搅拌针形状对LF6铝合金搅拌摩擦焊焊缝S曲线形成的影响。结果表明:通过改变搅拌针形状可以改变焊缝塑化金属的流动行为及结合面材料的破碎程度,从而影响S曲线的形成。当焊接参数一定时,在光面搅拌针中,圆锥光面搅拌针较圆柱光面搅拌针更易形成S曲线;表面带螺纹搅拌针中,圆柱右旋螺纹搅拌针较圆柱左旋螺纹搅拌针更易形成S曲线。搅拌针形状不变,降低焊接速度,可以改善焊缝塑化金属流动性,使结合面材料的分布不连续,S曲线逐渐消失。The influence of the pin geometry on the formation of lazy S in the fi'iction stir welds of aluminum alloy LF6 was investigated by using four different pin geometries. The results show that the flow behavior of the plasticized metal in the weld and the material distribution in the welding line can be changed through changing pin geometry, thus, the formation of the lazy S would be affected. When the welding parameters are fixed and the surface of the pin is smooth, the lazy S in the weld is easier to form if welding with a conical pin than with a cylindrical pin; when welding by using a cylindrical pin with screw thread on its surface, it is easier to form the lazy S in the weld by using a pin with clockwise screw thread than a pin with counter-clockwise screw thread. For a certain pin, decreasing traverse speed, the flow of the plasticized metal in the weld can be improved and the material distribution in the welding line would be discontinuous, therefore, the lazy S gradually disappears.
