荧光眼底血管造影不良反应特性的观察

摘　　要：目的探讨荧光眼底血管造影不良反应的特性。方法对持续1年进行的1184例荧光眼底血管造影中，发生的165例不良反应进行总结，就其在性别、年龄及季节的差异进行统计和分析。结果1184例荧光眼底血管造影中出现不良反应165例，占13．94%。在性别方面，男性发生率高于女性（X^2=10．45，P〈0．01）。在症状方面，不良反应中以恶心的发生率最高，其次为呕吐。在程度方面，多为轻型反应，未见到严重不良反应的出现。在年龄方面，不良反应在3～9岁年龄组发生率最高，10-49岁年龄组的发生率大致相近，50岁以后，随着年龄的增加，发生率逐渐下降，16例80岁以上老年人没有出现不良反应。在季节方面，不良反应在时间分布上，7月和11月发生率较高，5月、9月和10月的不良反应发生率较低。结论观察在本组中病例，荧光眼底血管造影不良反应的发生与性别和年龄有关，部分与不同季节有关；其不良反应均为轻、中型反应。Purpose To observe the characteristics of side-effects in Fudus Fluorescein Angiography（FFA）.Method One thousand one hundred and eighty-four cases of FFA were performed during 365 days. The side-effects of 165 cases were observed. The difference ofgender, age and season were calculated and analyzed.Result Out of the 1184 cases of FFA, the side-effects were found in 165 persons. The incidence was 13.94%. In the gender, the incidence of male was higher than female（X^2=10.45, P〈0.01）. In the symptoms, the most was nausea, followed by vomiting. In the degrees, the side-effect was mild in most subjects and no severe side-effect was found. In the age, the side-effect incidence was highest in 3-9 year group, similar in 10-49 years. The incidence gradually decreased as aging after 50 year-old. No side-effect was found in 16 cases of 80 years or older. In the season influence, the side-effect incidence was higher on July and November, and lower on May, September and October.Conclusion The side-effect of FFA related to gander and age, partly related to seasons. The type of the side-effect was mild or moderate. The FFA is a safe ophthalmic examination.
