外伤性白内障联合眼内异物摘出术分析

摘　　要：目的探讨同切口白内障囊外摘出联合眼内异物磁吸术的可行性及治疗效果。方法回顾性分析行上述术式的10例患者（10只眼）。结果所有手术均一次获得成功，无并发症产生，术后的矫正视力均在0．3以上。结论该术式对眼部组织损伤小，安全有效，并且明显减轻了患者的经济负担。Objective To investigate the feasibility and therapeutic effect of extracapsular cataract extraction in conjunction with magnet operation of intraocular foreign bodies through the same incision.Methods 10 cases （10 eyes）who received this operation in the past three years were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the operations were successful at the first time,without any complication.The corrected visual acuity after operations was all above 0.3.Conclusions This surgery is safe and effective,with little damage to the ocular tissue.It obviously helps deduce the patients＇ ecoonmic burdens.
