双缩脲法和凯氏定氮法测定饲料中蛋白质含量的比较研究

摘　　要：蛋白质含量是饲料质量控制的重要指标之一。本实验用凯氏定氮法和双缩脲法测定饲料中蛋白质含量作对比实验,结果表明:这两种方法所得实验结果差异较大,双缩脲法测得结果较凯氏法低约15.1%,且结果不稳定,不适于饲料蛋白质含量的测定。The content of protein is one main trait of feed quality.In this experiment, the content of protein was assayed by biuret method and Kjeldahl determination.The results indicated that： the determination of protein were significandy affected by different anlyzed ways.The content of protein by biuret is about 15.1% lower than that of Kjeldahl determination,and the result by biuret is not credible.So assaying the content of protein by biuret is not adaptive.
