摘  要:意象叠加和意象并置都是中国古典诗歌中常用的技巧,美国意象派领袖人物埃茨拉.庞德不断模仿这些技巧进行诗歌创作和翻译,他的模仿经历了一个从意象叠加到意象并置的过程;意象并置成为庞德诗歌语言的一大特色。由于庞德的大力提倡和推崇,意象并置这一技巧在美国新诗运动中得到广泛运用。Superposition and Juxtaposition were often used in the Chinese classic poems, both of which were modeled by Ezra Pound, the leader of American Imagism, in composing and translating poems. He first practiced the technique of superposition, then juxtaposition, which has become one of the characteristics of his poetic language. Because of Pound's aspiration and great efforts in advocating the technique, juxtaposition has been widely used in American new poetry movement.
