摘　　要：本文基于社会心理学的角度、从宏观层面把当代大学生心理焦虑的成因分为刺激因素和认知因素,进而分析了大学生心理焦虑的特性,并从宏观和微观层面提出了应对大生心理焦虑的方法。Based on social psychology perspective, from the macro level, the causes of contemporary college students＇ psychological anxiety are divided into stimulating factors and cognitive factors. The author analyzes the characteristics of college students＇ psyeholegical anxiety and then from the macro and micro levels proposes countermeasures about psychological anxiety.
