摘　　要：高校信息化建设工作是一项复杂的系统工程,合理规划和做好信息化建设工作中的需求计划、分析设计、计划实施、系统应用等各项工作,是搞好信息化建设工作中的关键所在。从当前高校信息化建设工作中存在的主要问题进行分析论证,系统地提出一套切实可行的高校信息化建设的相关对策和建设原则,对今后各高校的信息化建设提供有利参考。The information construction in universities ＆ colleges is a complicated system engineeting. What really counts to information construction is a reasonably plan, and complete tasks, such as the demand plan, the analysis design, the plan implementation, the system application and so on. By the analysis of the main problems in the current information construction work, the paper systematically puts forward a set of practical feasible countermeasures and construction principles related to universities ＆ colleges information construction, which provides the advantageous reference to the various universities＇ informatization construction in the uture.
