摘  要:目的:探讨磁刺激肌肉脑诱发电位(MMSEP)在肌肉痉挛定量诊断中的意义。方法:对13例椎旁肌痉挛患者治疗前后的功能及椎旁肌MMSEP进行对比研究。结果:椎旁肌痉挛程度和腰伸展度、RMAS、VAS的损害显著相关。治疗后椎旁肌MMSEP各波波幅较治疗前显著升高,其波幅和肌肉痉挛程度显著负相关。治疗后椎旁肌MMSEP各波潜伏期较治疗前显著延长。结论:椎旁肌痉挛是影响腰部功能的重要因素。椎旁肌MMSEP各波波幅可作为评价肌肉痉挛程度的客观指标。痉挛肌肉MMSEP波幅下降和肌肉改变及中枢调节有关。Objective: The assessment of muscle spasm by magnetic stimulation of muscle evokes cerebral potentials(MMSEP) was studied. Methods: Paraspinal MMSEP and function assessment was recorded in detail before and after treatment in 13 cases of patients with paraspinal muscle spasm. Results: The paraspinal muscle spasm correlated signifieantly to extension of lumbus and roland-monis activity seale(RMAS), visual analog scale (VAS). The amplitude of paraspinal MMSEP correlated to muscle spasm significantly. The latency of MMSEP was prolonged after treatment. Conclusion: Paraspinal muscle spasm is an important factor which limits lumbar movement. The amplitude of MMSEP can assess the muscle spasm. The mechanism of MMSEP attenuation may relate to ehange of muscle and be modulated by central nerve system.
