摘  要:用导数—比导数紫外分光光度法同时测定面粉中过氧化苯甲酰和苯甲酸的含量,不需要样品的复杂处理,操作简单。测定的回收率及精密度均较高,二者的浓度范围分别在0~13和0~9mg/L之内,符合线性关系,回归相关系数r均达到0.999以上,该法测定结果可靠、准确。Derivative ratio derivative ultraviolet spectrophotometry is simple to operate in the simultaneous determination of benzoyl peroxide and benzoic acid in flour. The recovery rate and accuracy of the determination high, the concentration range of them were 0 - 13mg/L and 0 - 9mg/L respectively, it accorded with the linear correlations, the regression correlative coefficient r was above 0.999. This method was reliable and accurate.
