正常妊娠与子痫前期胎盘VEGF及其受体mRNA差异表达的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨子痫前期患者VEGF、VEGF受体在胎盘中表达的变化及其与子痫前期发病间的关系。方法:采用实时荧光定量PCR技术分别检测正常妊娠、子痫前期患者胎盘组织中VEGF、VEGFR-1 mRNA和VEGFR-2 mRNA的表达水平。结果:与正常妊娠相比,子痫前期胎盘组织VEGF、VEGFR-1 mRNA和VEGFR-2 mRNA表达均上升,分别为2.82、2.67和1.25倍,前两者差异有显著性(P<0.05),VEGFR-2表达上升无统计学意义。结论:VEGF通过VEGFR-1在子痫前期发生、发展中发挥作用。Objective： To study the differential expression of the VEGF and VEGF - R in normal and preeclampsia placenta. Methods： Determine the level of the VEGF, VEGF - R1 and VEGF - R2 mRNA in the placenta of normal and preeclampsia pregnancy by Real Time RT - PCR. Results： All of the gene of VEGF, VEGF - R1 and VEGF - R2 at the level of transcription were compared in both normal and preeclampsia placenta, while the mRNA levels of the total VEGF and VEGFR - 1 were increased 2. 82 - and 2. 67 - fold （P 〈 0. 05）, respectively, in PE vs normal placentas. The change of VEGF - R2 mRNA level was not significant. Conclusion： VEGF may play a role in the mechanism of preeclampsia through the VEGFR - 1.
