摘  要:构建了执行力的定义模型和执行力原理框架,从理论层面揭示了执行力的实质和行为。通过对执行主体执行力、执行客体执行力、执行难度因子、执行态度因子、执行客体环境扰动等因素的分析,阐述了执行力的构成、强调了执行客体的优先基础性作用,并对企业执行力的提升提出相应的策略,这些策略对企业提升执行力具有重要指导作用。The definition and principle structure of executive force were constructed in the article, and the substance and behavior of the executive force is revealed on the theoretical level. Through the analysis of the subject and object executive force, executive difficulty factor, executive attitude factor and status change rate, the construction of the executive force is expounded, the first and foremost effect of the executive object is emphasized, and suggestions which is important in directing the improvement of executive force is provided.
