豆奶生产用卧式螺旋沉降离心机的参数设计

摘　　要：卧式螺旋沉降离心机是豆奶生产中的关键设备之一,离心机的技术参数的选择对豆奶的分离效果起着至关重要的作用。根据豆奶分离的特点,设计卧式螺旋离心机的转鼓和螺旋输送器的结构参数,对离心机操作参数进行了设定:转鼓转速为5800r/min,差转速为10r/min。得到的豆奶产品含渣量低,出奶量高,分离效果好。The horizontal spiral subsidence centrifuge is one of the pivotal equipment in soy milk production, the centrifuge technical parameters choice is playing an important role in soy milk separation effect, according to the soy milk separation characteristic, we design the drum and the spiral sending device ＇s structure parameters of the horizontal spiral centrifuge, and choice the centrifuge＇s operation parameters： the drum rotational speed is 5,800 r/min, the differential rotational speed is 10r/min. The soy milk product we obtain has low dreg and high milk yield, the separation effect is good.
