摘  要:四川高校进校务工人员在劳动关系确立、劳动现状、劳动权益保障、劳动满意度等方面总体情况较好,但也存在着法制意识淡薄、民主意识相对缺失、加入工会渠道不够畅通、劳动用工失衡等问题。为此,高校工会作为联结学校与进校务工人员的纽带,应进一步强化法制、民主、和谐意识,健全三方协调机制,维护进校务工人员的切身利益,推进民主管理,不断增加岗位培训和进修机会,增强进校务工人员的凝聚力,丰富他们的文体活动,从而提高进校务工人员的整体素质,积极构建高校与进校务工人员的和谐劳动关系。The present situation of temporary workers in universities of Sichuan Province is generally satisfactory viewed from the establishment of employment relationship, working time and wages, guarantee of labor rights, and degree of worker's satisfaction with employment. On the other hand, there exist some problems, including a weak legal consciousness, relatively deficient democratic consciousness, unsound channels of joining the labor union and unbalanced employment. Therefore, the labor union as a linkage between the university and temporary workers should further strengthen the awareness of law, democracy and harmony, improve the tri-partite mechanism for coordination, protect the interests of temporary workers, conduct democratic management, provide more in-service training and opportunities for further studying, enhance the cohesive force of workers, enrich the cultural and P. E activities in an effort to improve the comprehensive competence of temporary workers and construct a harmonious employment relationship.
