摘　　要：建立全面、客观的住院医师培训考评体系是保证住院医师培养质量的重要手段,也是住院医师培训工作的重点和难点。本文介绍了昆明医学院第一附属医院对临床本科毕业生实行的"二合一"住院医师规范化培训的考评体系内容、方式和要求,并总结了实施过程中的主要问题。The construction of the comprehensive and objective evaluation system is an important method to ensure the training quality for the resident doctors as well as the key points and difficulties of the training, The writer told us the contents, methods and requirements of the evaluation system of two- in - one standardized training for the resident doctors and summarized the main problems in the process of its execution.
