摘　　要：本文在现有地籍GIS的基础上,引入时态概念,重点介绍了建立动态地籍GIS过程中,宗地数据模型的建立、数据质量控制,并在此基础上开发的动态地籍GIS平台。反映了地籍要素中宗地变更的时续性和动态性,实现了宗地的历史追踪。Based on current research of land GIS system and add the time element,this paper introduces the key technology of dynamic land GIS, such as the dynamic data model organization, data quality controlling. A dynamic land GIS system are developed based on the new data model,The feasibility of the theories and methods are tested through the system.
