交通职业院校港机专业师资队伍建设的研究

摘　　要：交通职业院校港机专业职业教育不同于其它专业的职业教育,行业职业能力与素养特征明显,对教师的素质要求有其自身的特点,只有建设好一流的师资队伍,才能培养出一流的港口技术人才。文章通过对交通行业港机专业人才培养现状分析,对师资队伍建设提出了一些建议。Port machinery vocational education in higher transportation vocational colleges is different from other type of occupational education. Characteristics are obvious.The qualities of its teachers also have their own characteristics.The excellent teachers will have been trained first-rate vocational talents only. the article suggests specifically for construction problems of teachers group.
