摘　　要：阐述积滞是溃疡性结肠炎发病及其复发的主要机制,提出应用通利法进行治疗及其在临床的具体应用,以期提高临床疗效,尤其在降低复发率方面进行积极有益的探索。To explain that the retention and stagnancy were the major pathogenesis in morbidity and recurrence of ulcerative colitis. It was suggested that Tougli method was the main treatment method and could be used clinically in order to enhance the curative effect and especially prevent the recurrence.
