摘　　要：在对现有网络教材存在问题分析的基础上，通过对SCORM规范体系结构的研究提出了一个符合SCORM规范的网络教材编辑工具的实现方法。并利用Test Suite 1．3版工具进行了标准测试，结果表明：利用本工具开发的教材包能够在RTE1．3环境中进行浏览及学习。Based on analyzing the problem of the teaching material in existence, this paper Design and Implement of a Distance Education Systems Based on Agent Technology architecture. And the tool was tested by using Test Suite1.3, the results showed that use of the tool developed packages can be performed and learning on RTE1.3.
