自体疣接种对预防尖锐湿疣复发的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察自体疣接种对预防尖锐湿疣复发的临床疗效。方法治疗组取患者自体一新鲜疣体接种于上臂皮下组织内,同时局麻下用CO2激光一次性祛除所见全部疣体;对照组局麻下用CO2激光祛除全部疣体,并隔日局部注射白介素-Ⅱ40万u,共7次。两组患者均每周随访1次,了解创面愈合及疣体复发情况,观察12周,按痊愈和复发二级来判断疗效。结果治疗组痊愈率为89.09%(49/55),复发率为10.91%(6/55);对照组痊愈率为67.31%(35/52),复发率为32.69%(17/52);两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自体疣接种是一种理想的自体免疫疗法,该疗法与CO2激光配合治疗尖锐湿疣可显著降低其复发率,且无明显不良反应。Objective To observe clinical effects on preventing condyloma acuminatum （CA） recurrence in treatments of CA by self-body＇ s wart implantation combined with carbon dioxide laser and blocking locally with interleukin-2 combined with carbon dioxide laser. Methods 107 patients with CA were at random divided into treatment group and control group,of 55 and 52 cases respectively. The cases of treatment group were treated with self-body＇ s wart implantation combined with carbon dioxide laser, while the cases of control group were treated by blocking locally with interleukin-2 combined with carbon dioxide laser. The follow-up examination was performed once a week for 12 weeks. Results Following 12 weeks, the cure rate and relapse rate were 89. 09% （49/55） and 10.91% （6/55） in the treatment group and 67.31% （35/52） and 32.69% （17/52） in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups （Χ^2 = 7.52,P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Self-body＇ s wart implantation is a ideal immunotherapy and relapse rate of CA after treatment with self-body＇ s wart implantation combined with carbon dioxide laser is cut down obviously.
