超声引导瘤内注射无水乙醇治疗子宫肌瘤的临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察超声引导下经阴道瘤内注射无水乙醇治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效。[方法]对45例子宫肌壁间肌瘤患者采用超声引导下经阴道瘤内注射无水乙醇,术后3个月、6个月分别观察肌瘤体积,内部血管变化情况,及血色素改善情况。[结果]治疗后3个月、6个月肌瘤体积分别缩小55.88±17.17%;76.2±19.57%;彩色多普勒血流示肌瘤血流减少明显,月经量明显减少,盆血症状改善。[结论]超声引导阴道瘤内注射无水乙醇治疗子宫肌瘤疗效确切,操作简便、安全。[Objective] To observe the cure effect of ultrasonic inducing inter-tumor injection of non-water alcohol by vagina on hysteromyoma. [Method] Administer the said therapy on 45 cases, After 3 and 6 months, respectively observe the tumor size, internal vessel change and blood pigment improvement. [Result] The tumor was reduced to 55.88 ± 17.17% and 76.2±19.57% separately; the color Doppler blood flow showed the blood flow was decreased markedly, so did the menstruation, the pelvic bleeding was relieved. [Conclusion] The therapy above has definite cure effect on hysteromyoma, simple, convenient and safe for operation.
