摘　　要：本文主要分析了在知识经济时代背景下的企业信息化建设中,知识共享对于企业的重要意义,提出利用知识组织的研究成果在企业内部构建知识共享平台,实现知识管理,从而完成企业内部隐性知识向显性知识的转化,有效地提高企业的核心竞争力,实现用知识创造价值。This paper analyses the important significance of knowledge share to the enterprise during the process of the enterprise construction in the background of knowledge economy. It puts forward the way to use the research of knowledge organizations to construct the knowledge share plat and accomplish knowledge management as to transform the tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge, which can improve the core competitive of the enterprise and realize to use knowledge to bring about value.
