摘 要:分析了稀土低浓度镀铬对提高镀液深镀能力的作用机理,介绍了重稀土超低浓度镀铬、普通稀土低浓度镀铬、标准高铬镀铬的工艺配方、工艺条件及工艺测评情况,并着重对重稀土镀铬的各项条件和结果进行了分析、讨论,总结了重稀土镀铬实际生产中遇到的各种故障现象及原因对策,指出重稀土超低浓度镀铬工艺对提高镀液的深镀能力、提高镀铬操作工艺的稳定性、降低污染、降低镀铬综合成本的作用均优于其他各镀铬工艺。The action mechanism of heavy rare earths in increasing the throwing power of low-concentration Cr electroplating was analyzed.The formulations,processing conditions,and process monitoring of ultra-low-concentration Cr electroplating in the presence of heavy rare earths,low-concentration Cr electroplating in the presence of normal rare earths,and standard high-Cr electroplating were introduced.The Cr e-lectroplating in the presence of heavy rare earths was highlighted,and the troubles and causes and countermeasures in the production of heavy-rare earth Cr electroplating were summarized.It was pointed out that the ultra-low-concentration Cr electroplating in the presence of heavy rare earths is superior to the other processes in terms of the throwing power,processing stability,and comprehensive cost,while it has minimized pollution as well.
