粘连细胞分割算法的研究与实现

摘　　要：以粘连细胞分割为例,提出了一种基于分水岭算法的图像分割算法。算法对分水岭分割之前的距离变换和求种子点进行了改进,得到了较好的分割效果。实验证明,该算法较好地完成了粘连细胞的分割任务。A new image segmentation algorithm based on Watershed is presented for overlapping cells. The distance transformation and the point for seeds search before Watershed are improved, and a better dividing result is achieved. The experiment proves that the new algorithm can complete the dividing mission successfully.
