论中西方体育文化中公平竞争精神的差异

摘　　要：中国文化与西方文化在竞争方面表现出不同的特点,中国传统有淡化竞争的倾向,西方文化则表现出明显的竞争倾向;这种差异在中西方体育精神上有同样的反映,即中国传统体育突出的是等级尊卑的礼仪秩序,西方体育文化突出的是公平竞争的精神特征。在中国社会主义市场经济逐渐走向深入的进程中,奥林匹克运动倡导的公平竞争精神有助于培养人们勇于竞争的观念以及公正平等的意识。The difference between Chinese culture and western culture in the Spirit of Fair Play is that Chinese culture shows the inclination of weakening competition, but western culture stress it. So is the difference between Chinese sports culture and western sports culture. Chinese traditional sports emphasizes the orders of social classes, and western sports culture stress the spirit of fair play. On the road of the advance of China^s socialist market economy, the spirit of fair play initiated by the Olympics can tribute to cultivate the ideas of competition, justice, equality.
