摘  要:对真空喷渗油脂的水产膨化颗粒饲料,选用壳聚糖和交联改性的聚乙烯醇为膜材,通过共混的方法制备了包膜溶液并对其真空包膜。研究了包膜液喷涂量、油脂添加量、浸泡时间等因素对颗粒饲料中油脂水中溶失率的影响。结果表明,通过包膜可显著降低水产膨化颗粒饲料中油脂在水中的溶出损失,不仅为配方保真提供了一种有效的方法,而且能节约油脂添加成本和减少水体污染。The chitosan and cross-linked polyvinyl alcohol were used as the encapsulating materials to encapsulate the expanded aqua-feed pellets sprayed with oil under vacuum. The effects of quantity of encapsulating materials, oil quantity of pellets and marinating time on the oil loss rate of feed pellets in water were studied, The result showed that the encapsulation could obviously reduce the oil loss of the expanded aqua-feed pellets sprayed with oil under vacuum. It was not only an effective way for feed formulation realization, but also could save the cost of oil addition and reduce water pollution.
