语言康复训练对丘脑出血引发的皮层下失语的影响

摘　　要：目的研究语言康复训练对丘脑出血引发的皮层下失语的作用．方法对5例丘脑出血引发皮层下失语患者给予语言康复训练．结果对照组在入院30d后评分达Ⅲ级1人，Ⅱ级2人，Ⅰ级2人，1例未改善；康复组在入院30d后评分达Ⅴ级3人，Ⅳ级1人，Ⅲ级1人．结论早期必要的康复训练可以使皮层下失语得到改善，甚至可以痊愈．Objective Research the roles of language rehabilitation training on subcortical aphasia caused by thalamic hemorrhage. Methods Five cases with subcortical aphasia caused by thalamic hemorrhage were trained with language rehabilitation. Results Patients in control group 30 days later reached grade Ⅲ one person, grade Ⅱ two persons, grade Ⅰ two persons, 1 case was not relieved; Patients in rehabilitation group 30 days later reached grade Ⅴ three persons, grade Ⅳ one person, grade Ⅲ one person. Conclusion Early necessary rehabilitation training really improved language function for subcortical aphasia, or even cured.
