摘  要:对七种金属材料研究了氮离子注入剂量与材料表面显微硬度HV的关系,与材料的磨损摩擦性能不同,HV并不随的增加而单调增加,也不存在饱和剂量,而是存在一个提高硬度的最佳剂量阈值。在的低剂量区域,HV随增加;而在的高剂量区域,HV随减少.注入层中出现了新合金相,材料表面硬度提高的主要机制是弥散强化和缺陷强化。The effects of the fluence on the surface microhardness Hv were studied for sevenkinds of metal materials implanted with nitrogenions. It is different from the ploperties offriction and wear that the value of HV dose not increase with the growing of W monotonouslyand there is not a saturation fluence value. There is a thresho1d fluence value, by which the bestmodification effect for surface hardness would be reached. In the low fluence region , HVincreased with . However, HV decreased with 9 in the high fluence zone. The newphases were detected in the implanted layers. The material surfaces were hardened by thesedispersive phases and defect strengthening mechanics.
