摘  要:本文对大豆(Glycine max L. Merrill)“黑农26号”的胚胎学进行了观察,主要结论是:1.雄性的孢原为表皮下列多细胞;小孢子母细胞减数分裂的胞质分裂为同时型;多数为四面体形四分体,少数为两侧对称形四分体;成熟花粉粒为二细胞型,表面具三个萌发孔;花药壁发育为基本型,绒毡层为分泌型,其细胞始终保持单核。2.单室子房,2—4个胚珠,弯生,厚珠心;亚表皮下分化出多个大孢子孢原细胞;大孢子四分体多数为直线形排列,少数为“T”字形排列;蓼型胚囊。3.胚的发育为柳叶菜型;核型胚乳;胚柄在胚发育的主要阶段长期存在;合点端存在胚乳吸器。This paper investigates the embryology of soybean(Glycine max L. Merrill)″Heinong26″, main conclusions are.1.Male archesporium comprises many rows of hypodermal cells; cytokinesis of meiotic division in microsporocyte is simultaneous; most microspore tetrads are tetrahedral, and a few are isobilateral; mature pollen is Two-celled, having three tremata on its surface} development of anther wall is Basic Type, tapetum is secretory, its cells remain always single-nuclear.2.Ovary is monothecal, 2-4 ovules, campylotropous and crassinucellate; many archesporiumcells of macrospores differentiate subhypodermally; most macrospore tetrads are linear and a few are T-shaped; embryo sac is of the Ploygonum type.3.Development of embryo is the Onagrad type; nuclear endosperm; at main stages of emdryo development suspensor survives longer; there is endosperm haustorium at chalazal end.
