摘　　要：近年来,我国企业集团相继实施规模经济战略或多元化经营战略以扩大企业规模,综合实力不断增强。同时规模小、效率低、国际竞争力低、产业集中度低、创新能力不强以及行政干预等问题的存在,制约了我国企业集团的进一步发展。The scale economy stratagem has been put into practice by the enterprise groups in recent years, and the synthesize strength of enterprise groups has been building up. At the same time, the problems showing as small scale, low efficiency, weak competitiveness, low industrial centralizing, weak innovation capacity and administrative intervention, is restricting the further development of the enterprise groups.
